Contact & Booking

Start with a calm first conversation.

Reaching out does not mean committing to therapy straight away. The first step is a 30-minute initial consultation where we can talk through what has been happening, answer questions, and get a feel for whether this is the right kind of support for you.

You do not need to know exactly what to say. You can begin with the feeling that something has been difficult, heavy, confusing or hard to manage alone.

The initial consultation

A chance to talk things through before deciding what feels right.

The consultation is a calm conversation with me. You can say a little about what has been happening, what you are hoping might change, and anything you feel unsure about.

You might already know what you want support with. You might not. You might only know that you feel anxious, overwhelmed, self-critical, disconnected, exhausted or stuck. That is enough for a first conversation.

Book a time

Choose a suitable consultation time through the secure booking portal. The booking portal opens in a new tab so you can choose a time securely.

Talk things through

You can share as much or as little as feels manageable. You can ask about the approach, sessions, suitability, fees or anything else you need to understand.

Decide whether to continue

There is no pressure to book further sessions. A good first conversation should leave you with more clarity, not more pressure.

Prefer to ask first?

You are welcome to write before booking.

If you are unsure whether to book, or you have a practical question first, you can email me directly.

You might want to ask about suitability, online sessions, future in-person appointments, fees, availability or how the process works.

I currently use direct email and a secure booking portal rather than a website contact form. This keeps the process simple and avoids asking you to share personal information through a generic form.

Is this the right kind of support?

InnerSentia may be suitable if you want to understand what has been happening beneath the surface.

People reach out to me for support with experiences such as overwhelm, anxiety, stress, panic, self-doubt, perfectionism, overthinking, people-pleasing, masking, emotional pressure, feeling stuck or wanting meaningful change.

This work may be a good fit if you are looking for calm, thoughtful support that explores patterns, emotional responses, body signals, beliefs, inner conflict or protective strategies.

  • Anxiety, stress or difficulty switching off
  • Self-doubt, perfectionism or fear of failure
  • Overthinking, people-pleasing or masking
  • Emotional overwhelm or inner pressure
  • Feeling stuck or disconnected from yourself
  • Wanting change, but not knowing where to begin
